The Beck Group is the architect and Brasfield & Gorrie is the general contractor. Stonelake is developing on spec, aiming for early 2028 delivery. The design targets the flight-to-quality tenant, the kind of firm willing to pay up for new construction with the amenities to pull staff back to the office.
Why It Matters
Dallas is one of the few U.S. metros where new office towers still pencil, and Uptown is the address that commands the rents.
