The Beck Group is a Dallas-based integrated architecture and construction firm, one of the few U.S. companies that carries design and building under one roof and one contract. Founded in 1912, Beck works across commercial office, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, aviation and civic projects, with offices across Texas, the Southeast and Mexico. The single-source model is its whole pitch: on cost-sensitive work, having the architect and the builder inside the same P&L is the cheapest way to hold a budget through pricing. Beck is serving as both architect and general contractor on The Terraces at HALL Park in Frisco, Texas, a roughly $140 million speculative Class A office tower that broke ground in June 2026 and stacks 206,000 square feet of office above an eight-story parking structure.

The company’s roots run deep. Founded in Houston in 1912 as Central Contracting Co., it moved its headquarters to Dallas in 1924 and has been there since.
