Construction has started on a 20-story luxury apartment tower near NorthPark in Dallas, at the southeast corner of Park Lane and US-75. It’s the second joint venture between StreetLights Residential and Mitsui Fudosan America, following their 18-story Oliver tower near Uptown.
Project Scope
The high-rise will hold 365 residences, a mix of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from roughly 505 to 1,707 square feet, over ground-level retail. Construction kicked off in February 2026 with completion targeted for early 2029. StreetLights, a Dallas firm known for design-forward multifamily, is both developer and builder through its affiliated construction arm.
Why It Matters
Dallas keeps absorbing high-end rental supply even as other metros pull back, and the Park Lane corridor along US-75 has become a magnet for vertical multifamily near transit and retail. A Japanese capital partner like Mitsui signals continued overseas confidence in Sun Belt rentals. The bet is that renters will keep paying a premium for walkable, amenity-rich towers over garden apartments farther out.
