Oasis Hallandale
A construction project located in Hallandale Beach.
A Bit About Oasis Hallandale
Most South Florida mixed-use developments build the towers and hope the retail leases. Oasis Hallandale did it backwards, and the commercial district has been open and trading for years while the second residential tower was still going up.
Project Scope
Ten acres at 1000 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, roughly $370 million, and the largest project of its kind delivered in the city. Two 25-story towers hold 500 condominium units, 250 apiece. The West Tower topped out in January 2025 and was slated for delivery in early 2026. The East Tower topped out around March 15, 2026, the final vertical milestone, with completion expected in 2027.
Arquitectonica designed both, aligning them to frame view corridors and produce a gateway effect, with curved balcony edges shaping the profile. MGM Construction Group is general contractor, led by president Maria Alejandra Fermin, whose South Florida portfolio includes Seven Park Residences, NINE Hollywood and Deco Green.
East Tower residences run roughly 900 to 4,750 square feet, priced from about $750,000 to $5.02 million, with floor-to-ceiling glass, deep balconies, imported Italian finishes and select two-story layouts. The amenity package is a six-level, 70,000-square-foot deck with resort-style pools, wellness and fitness space, coworking, entertainment lounges and family recreation, including indoor and outdoor theaters and a 21,000-square-foot gym. Parking totals 1,481 spaces.
The commercial component is five buildings holding 56,739 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 17,709 square feet of office, already tenanted by KC Market, Davinci Cafe, Oasis Fit, Oasis Dental, Delice Med Spa and Elve Luxury.
Why It Matters
Building and leasing the retail first is a real sequencing decision with real financing consequences, and it means the towers deliver into a functioning district rather than a construction site with a leasing trailer. The West Tower was reported roughly 75 percent sold at topping out, which is a strong absorption rate for the 2025-26 South Florida condo market.
Not everyone is pleased. Local opposition at the topping-out focused on traffic capacity along Hallandale Beach Boulevard, an entitlement fight that isn’t going away as the corridor keeps densifying.
