Getting a Wally system starts with a free in-home consultation rather than a showroom visit. An installer measures the garage, checks door-track clearance, and designs the rack layout around the available wall space and vehicle clearance before anything is mounted. Installation is white-glove and fully handled by the team, so there is no DIY assembly for the homeowner, and because the rack floats off the floor the layout is custom-fit to each garage rather than sold as a one-size kit.

The company packages the system in three fixed tiers so pricing is transparent up front. Wally Core is $1,297 for twelve premium bins and suits a single wall section; Wally Plus, the most popular option, is $1,797 for eighteen bins sized to most full garage walls; and Wally Full is $2,147 for twenty-four bins aimed at larger storage zones. The Plus tier is pitched at families who want to clear enough floor to park both cars again, while the Full tier targets homeowners looking to bring an entire garage under control. Every package includes the same essentials: custom wall mounting and levelling, smart QR stickers on each bin, full access to the Wally app, a one-on-one onboarding session, and no ongoing subscription.

Build quality and support are covered too. Each bin is engineered to hold up to seventy-five pounds of tools, gear, or loaded totes, and the rack carries a transferable ten-year warranty on parts and labour. The app’s item search is AI-powered, so a homeowner photographs what goes into a bin and later searches by item to learn exactly which bin to grab.

Wally is a Calgary company, and demand has pushed it into a second Alberta market: in July 2026 it opened in Edmonton, extending the same searchable-storage service beyond the Calgary area.
