CIVE

CIVE is a Houston design-build firm that puts architecture, structural engineering, construction, and project management under one roof. Founded in 2003, it grew from a small office into a national player, taking on everything from industrial facilities to the world’s largest privately owned cement terminal at the Port of Houston. CIVE engineered the largest multi-story 3D-printed home in the United States, a Houston project that pairs printed concrete walls with conventional wood framing. The integrated model lets CIVE carry a project from design through construction without the usual handoffs between firms.
