Nobu is putting its name on a Miami tower. 619 Brickell is a planned 75-story condominium overlooking Biscayne Bay, the hospitality brand’s first branded residences in the city, designed by Foster + Partners with Sieger-Suarez as architect of record.
Project Scope
The tower carries 296 residences and about 90,000 square feet of private amenities, including a spa, fitness center, and poolside café, plus the Nobu food-and-beverage programming that anchors the brand. 13th Floor Investments and Key International are co-developing. Foster + Partners handles the concept design; Sieger-Suarez, a fixture on South Florida’s tallest towers, takes it through documentation and construction.
Why It Matters
Brickell’s luxury pipeline is the deepest in the country, and buyers there increasingly pick a building by its brand as much as its address. A Foster + Partners tower with Nobu attached is aimed squarely at that market. It also signals confidence at the top end: while much of U.S. for-sale housing has stalled, Miami’s ultra-luxury segment keeps pulling international capital and pre-sales. Expect the bay-front skyline to keep climbing.
