XILINK Global Trade

XILINK Global Trade is a China-based sourcing and export-coordination company in Jinan, Shandong. We support overseas construction and industrial buyers with procurement of hydraulic parts, hoses and fittings, machinery parts and related equipment from Chinese suppliers. Services include supplier identification and verification, quotation comparison, factory-visit and inspection coordination, and shipment consolidation. Buyers can provide part numbers, drawings and technical requirements for supplier matching. We act as a buying-side sourcing agent; we do not claim to manufacture equipment or provide local construction or installation services.

What a buying office in China actually does

XILINK describes itself as the importer’s buying office in China, and the phrasing is literal. Rather than quoting from a catalogue, the company says it finds and verifies the real producer behind a product, inspects the line that builds a given order, and then consolidates several suppliers into one shipment, choosing sea, rail or overland routing on whichever lands cheaper. For a contractor who has been burned by an agent reselling someone else’s machine, that sequence is the pitch.

The firm has operated as a Chinese export company since 2012 and works from Jinan, Shandong.

Six services are set out separately: sourcing agent work, factory audit, product inspection, machinery procurement, shipping and rail, and support for Canton Fair trips and factory visits. That last one is unusual enough to note, since buyers travelling to the fair generally arrange their own interpreters and site visits.

The sourcing categories matter more than the service names, because they show where the company has real supplier relationships. Construction and heavy machinery runs to mini excavators, generators, concrete plants, dredgers, and ATVs and UTVs. Agricultural machinery covers irrigation pumps, maize mills, and poultry and cattle equipment. Industrial equipment includes CNC machines, electric motors, pumps and valves, material handling and HVAC. On the materials side there is warehouse racking, steel grating and gabions, plus a full geosynthetics line: geomembrane, geotextile, geogrid, geocell and GCL. Industrial chemicals include titanium dioxide, HPMC, polyacrylamide, activated carbon and water treatment product.

Two categories are aimed at maintenance rather than capital purchase. Spare parts are sourced by part number for SANY, XCMG, Shantui, HOWO and hydraulics, and there is an EV parts line covering BYD, Zeekr, Li Auto, and batteries and BMS. FR workwear sits alongside.

By industry, the company names mining and quarrying, farms and agribusiness, contractors and infrastructure, and equipment dealers and workshops, and it publishes a route for one-off sourcing when a request falls outside the list. The site runs in English, Russian and Spanish, quotes are free, and the published contact number is +86 1751 538 2215. Sources: xilinkglobaltrade.com homepage and About page.
