Only Element

ONLY ELEMENT operates a vertically integrated stone supply system and offers direct access to stone manufacturing in Vietnam.

Only Element Ltd. is registered in Lithuania under company code 301792882 and works from 13 Krokuvos Street in Vilnius, with VAT number LT100017645519. Projects are contracted and managed from that office by founder and CEO Dr. Jonas Zukas, whose background combines academic research in industrial design with material-based production, while sourcing, manufacturing and quality control in Vietnam sit under production manager Le Duy Minh. Production draws on a local workforce the company puts at more than 150 specialists, combining CNC machining with hand work for carving, custom finishes and final polishing.

Material supply is anchored on secured access to a Padang Cristal G603 quarry, the standard grey granite used across much of EU infrastructure work, supplemented by a vetted ASEAN+3 quarry network. The published catalogue runs to roughly 30 marble and travertine varieties including Athena Grey, Dark Emperador, Sky Gold and Imperial Gold, 16 granites such as Black Forest, Titanium Black and Binh Dinh Yellow, and three basalt finishes. Eight surface treatments are offered: polished, flamed, bush-hammered, shot-blasted, sandblasted, honed, brushed and tumbled. Extraction uses non-blasting methods and pauses from September to November for the monsoon, though the processing factories keep running through that window.

Rather than quoting by product category, Only Element prices by production parameter. A polished 20 mm G603 tile is listed at 19.00 EUR per square metre, grooving at 2.00 EUR per linear metre and edge polishing at 2.50 EUR per linear metre, all excluding VAT and shipping. The product range spans facade cladding and ventilated facade systems, window sills, exterior stair treads, balustrade caps, paving and curb stones, retaining wall blocks, stone benches and planters, washbasins and bathtubs, hammam and sauna benches, headstones and columbarium modules. Clients may submit CAD or 3D files for validation and CNC milling; a reference figure of 18,000 EUR is given for a marble St. Maria statue, and cost estimates for a described product come back within two working days. Procurement paperwork is treated as part of the deliverable: batch traceability against approved references, milestone reporting, pre-shipment photo or video verification, packing lists and export documentation, cargo insurance and a replacement procedure for verified manufacturing defects. On the environmental side the company points to EPD, Cradle to Cradle and EU Ecolabel frameworks, notes that its stone carries no chemical treatment and emits no volatile organic compounds, and describes using replenishing local water sources.
