Coconut rhinoceros beetle treatment gets its own line on this company’s service list, which tells you where it works. CRB has been chewing through Oahu palms for years, and treating for it is a distinct job from trimming or removal. Plant health care and arborist consultations sit in the same diagnostic category: work aimed at keeping a tree rather than taking it down.

The crew is ISA certified and TRAQ qualified. TRAQ, the Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, is the credential that matters when the question is whether a leaning or damaged tree actually needs to come out.

The service area runs the North Shore and across the island: Hale’iwa, Waialua, Mokuleia, Pupukea and Wahiawa, then over to Kaneohe and Waikane on the windward side, and down to Honolulu and Aiea.

The estimate process is unusually specific about timing. The company aims to schedule a free estimate within 48 hours of the first call, emails the written estimate within 24 hours of that visit, and follows up two to three days later. Once work is approved, scheduling is set around the customer’s availability, and text updates run in real time through the job.

Commercial work is handled alongside residential, and emergency service is available.
