Code Green Landscaping

Code Green Landscaping is a landscaping company serving Halifax, Bedford, and Sackville with property maintenance and outdoor care services. Our work includes lawn care, garden upkeep, excavation, brush clearing, wood chipping, and seasonal clean-ups. We also provide snow removal and year-round support for residential and commercial properties.

Code Green Landscaping is family-owned and operated, licensed and insured, and based at 30 Ridgevalley Rd. in Halifax. Quotes are free and described as no-obligation.

The service list runs wider than lawn care and snow clearing. Drainage work, gutter cleaning, sod installation and hardscaping each appear as their own service, and exterior painting is offered as well, which is unusual for a landscaping outfit and worth knowing if a property needs both at once. Regular property maintenance is sold as a standing arrangement rather than a series of one-off visits.

The project gallery gives a better read on the range than the service list does. Published work includes a custom pool design, front and back yard renovations, property cleanups and general landscape builds, with project categories split into landscapes, property maintenance and outdoor cleanup. Design is pitched as custom and nature-inspired rather than drawn from a catalogue of standard layouts.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., closed Sunday. The long weekday window matters in Halifax, where the usable season is short and crews work late through the summer to make up for it.

One practical note: the website lists a phone number of 902-266-1999, which differs from the number on this listing. Either may reach the company, but it is worth confirming which is current before scheduling. The company also publishes an FAQ page covering common questions on scheduling and service scope.
