About the company behind this listing

The elevator platform is one system in the catalogue of Alumlight Formwork Engineering, a concrete formwork specialist founded in 1991 by engineer Yoram Raz. Raz studied civil engineering at the Technion, holds a Technion master’s in construction management, worked as chief engineer for construction firms in Israel and Kenya, and lectured in building engineering at Ben-Gurion University. He remains owner and chairman; the management team includes a chief executive, a deputy CEO, and vice presidents for engineering and execution, operations and supply chain, and sales and marketing.

The company designs, develops, manufactures, imports and markets aluminium formwork for casting walls, slabs, columns, beams, bridges and infrastructure works. Its systems include Rasta+ modular wall formwork, Rasta Deck for slabs, Post & Beam and Acro shoring, aluminium shoring towers, casting tables, single-sided and industrialised wall forms, the Alumax system, stair and folding scaffolds, KLK scaffold, MGS-H protection screens, and the lift platform itself. Rasta+ is the in-house product: a light modular panel intended to cut labour input and cost per pour.

Equipment is both rented and sold. Rentals run a minimum of four months and include engineering design matched to the project, field training when the system is delivered, and support through the pour, including supervision and casting approvals. Purchasers keep the equipment for reuse on subsequent projects.

Alumlight Store, the company’s own web shop and app, sells accessories for the Rasta wall systems and the Post & Beam and Acro slab systems directly, without a middle step, with delivery across the country.

Headquarters and the main logistics centre sit in the Mevo Carmel Science and Industry Park near Yokneam, with additional rental, sales and warehouse sites there and at Shahak, and a formwork manufacturing plant in the Kfar Tavor industrial zone. Recent projects include the U Global development in Lod, ten buildings totalling 343 apartments; Matam East in Haifa, a 19-storey office building of about 31,000 square metres; and residential work in Neve Yaakov, Jerusalem. Dun’s 100 ranks the company among Israel’s leading firms in its field. Phone 04-6769963.
