Whitt's Quality Roofing

With over 15 years of experience, Whitt’s Quality Roofing is the #1 choice for home and business owners in Middle Georgia. Our local team takes pride in delivering the best workmanship for an affordable price. We’re committed to taking the stress off your plate and providing reliable roofing services that set your mind at ease. At the end of the day, we value helping our community members feel more confident in their homes.

Leroy Whitt has been running this Byron company since 2005, and the shop at 608 GA-49 works both sides of the roofing trade rather than specialising in one.

On the residential side that means shingle and metal replacement, repair and storm work across Middle Georgia. On the commercial side it means single-ply flat systems in TPO and EPDM, metal roof restoration, and foam and coatings — restoration work that extends an existing commercial roof rather than tearing it off. That second category is what the Conklin and Versico certifications are for, while the Owens Corning and TAMKO credentials cover the steep-slope residential work.

The team is small and named publicly, which makes it easy to know who you are dealing with: Leroy Whitt as owner, Tim Whitt in sales, Kenny Troyer heading commercial production, Stephanie Francis in the office, Greg and Danny Vazquez on marketing, and Dillion Bridges on inside sales.

Warranty structure is tiered by job type and is stated up front: 5 or 10 years of workmanship coverage on a residential roof, 10 or 20 years on a commercial one, layered on top of whatever the shingle or membrane manufacturer warrants. Response times are stated too — within 24 hours to any request, within an hour during business hours, and most jobs starting in under three weeks.

Financing runs through four separate partners rather than one captive lender: Enhancify, Service Finance, Sunlight Financial and 1st Franklin Financial. Having several means a homeowner turned down by one may still get terms from another.

The service radius reaches well beyond Peach County. Byron, Macon, Warner Robins and Perry are the core, with work going out to Milledgeville, Dublin, Cordele, Americus, Montezuma, Columbus, Tifton and up to Atlanta — a range that makes more sense for commercial restoration jobs than for a single residential repair, so ask about travel when you call from the outer edge of that list.

One inconsistency to note if you are checking the company’s history: the About page states the business has run since 2005 but elsewhere the site describes ‘over 15 years’ and ‘nearly 20 years’ of experience. The 2005 date is the one the company states directly. The legal entity is Whitt’s Quality Roofing, LLC.
