TCI Roofing

TCI Roofing is new york’s premier commercial roofing company in NYC With generations of experience, you can rest assured that we will get the job done right the first time, every time.

TCI Roofing attracts and retains a group of talented professionals who approach projects with the goal of service excellence and seamless completion.

Our project executives and resource group team leaders have an average of more than 20 years in the industry and take pride in sharing their knowledge with and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Since 1995, TCI has repaired roofs on more than 5,000 homes, offices and apartment buildings across Manhattan. That volume is the practical backdrop to the firm’s leadership experience.

The roofing menu is organised by system rather than by building type. Flat and rubber roofing and TPO membrane cover the low-slope stock that dominates Manhattan’s commercial and multifamily buildings. Asphalt shingle and metal roofing serve the pitched work. Roof repair, roof replacement, new roof installation and gutters complete the list, offered on both residential and commercial buildings.

Exterior trades run alongside the roofing division and can matter more than the roof on a violation-driven job. Concrete services include DOT sidewalk repairs, blacktop and concrete repair, foundation repair, and driveway and walkway work. Masonry covers brick pointing, step pointing, and California and grey stucco. The company also lists waterproofing, tuck pointing and lintels, steam cleaning, exterior carpentry, drywall, interior and exterior painting, brick and stone siding, fencing, and paver walkways and patios.

Coverage is neighbourhood-level across Manhattan. On the east side that includes the Upper East Side, Midtown, the Diamond District, Columbus Circle, Rockefeller Center, Tudor City, Kips Bay, the East Village, Union Square, Gramercy Park, Chinatown, the Bowery, Yorkville and Sutton Place. On the west side: Marble Hill, Washington Heights, West Harlem, Morningside Heights, Hell’s Kitchen, Greenwich Village, the Meatpacking District, Hudson Yards, SoHo and TriBeCa. A separate Bronx operation runs at roofingbronxny.com.
