Roof Guard Restoration

Roof Guard Restoration is a full-service roofing and insurance restoration company serving homeowners throughout Ohio. We provide roof installation and replacement, storm damage restoration, roof inspections, siding installation and replacement, and gutter system installation and replacement. Our team helps property owners navigate the insurance restoration process, from documenting storm damage and filing claims to coordinating inspections and completing the restoration. We focus on quality workmanship, clear communication, and a seamless customer experience from inspection through project completion. Roof Guard Restoration also offers roof financing options when insurance coverage is not available.

Insurance restoration drives most of the workload, and the sequence is fixed. A specialist inspects the property, advertised as a one-hour inspection, and documents the damage. If damage is found, Roof Guard contacts the carrier, files the report with the storm date and extent of damage, then meets the adjuster on site so the full scope is captured in the claim. Once the claim is approved and the settlement statement issued, the homeowner reviews scope and selects materials and colors, and only then is the project scheduled. After construction, a final inspection precedes the invoice to the carrier.

Hail is the reason for the emphasis on early inspection. Shingle pitting from hail and wind uplift is difficult to see from the ground and tends to surface later as interior water damage, so the company pushes free inspections rather than waiting for a leak.

On materials, Roof Guard is a CertainTeed Shingle Master authorized applicator, which allows enhanced 50-year material warranties. It also provides written workmanship guarantees on every project it installs. Roof financing is offered for homeowners whose damage is not covered by a claim.
