The company is GAF certified, which it describes as its basis for offering clients GAF materials and the warranties attached to them. It carries a 5 out of 5 rating across 461 reviews on its own site, is locally owned and operated, and offers financing options alongside free estimates.

Service coverage is listed county by county rather than as a radius. Allegheny County: Wexford, Gibsonia, Glenshaw, Allison Park, Ross Park, Fox Chapel, Sewickley, Sewickley Hills, Sewickley Heights, Coraopolis, Franklin Park, McCandless, Hampton, Monroeville, Upper St. Clair, Moon Township, Bethel Park, Lebanon and Warrendale. Butler County: Mars, Cranberry, Seven Fields and Treesdale. Beaver County: Economy, and Bell Acres.

The service menu runs wider than shingle work: roof installation, roof replacement, roof repairs, roof cleaning, roof inspection, metal roofing, shingle roofing, slate roofing, flat roofing, commercial roofing, storm damage roof repair, siding installation, gutter and downspout installation, emergency roof tarping, and roofing insurance claim assistance. Slate is worth flagging separately, since much of Pittsburgh’s older housing stock carries it and few contractors will still touch it.

Materials are selected against a local condition rather than a catalogue, with the company noting its systems are designed to withstand the particular challenges of Pittsburgh’s climate.

The reviews on the site describe how jobs actually run. One out-of-town owner had a roof replaced during wildfire smoke conditions and received drone photography before and after, which mattered because they could not be on site themselves; that job also involved asbestos, handled by the crew. Another homeowner reports a competing quote at roughly twice the price for the same shingle brand and warranty, and names the project manager who ran their job. Cleanup comes up repeatedly, including one owner who found no nails afterwards.
