The Franklin location is owned by Brock Warner, who moved south for college and spent a decade in the Nashville area as an executive in design, architecture and construction before taking on the franchise. General manager Justin Morris is a seventh-generation Middle Tennessean, a 2003 Austin Peay State University graduate and an Eagle Scout, with twenty-two years in collision repair and insurance claims behind him. That last detail matters more than it sounds: storm-damage roofing is largely a claims process, and it helps to have someone who has worked the other side of one.

The office is at 3120 Braintree Road in Franklin, open Monday through Saturday from 7am to 7pm, with Sunday by appointment.

Inspections are free and use drone imagery plus a curb appeal visualiser, so a homeowner sees the actual roof plane and a rendering of material options rather than a verbal description from a ladder. Emergency calls are answered within twenty-four hours.

The scope is wider than roofing. Siding, gutters, windows, skylights and solar are all handled in-house, which is why several customer accounts describe starting with hail damage on a metal roof and finishing with new siding and gutters from the same crew.

Coverage runs from Franklin out across Middle Tennessee: Brentwood, Nashville, Belle Meade, Madison, Spring Hill, Thompsons Station, Fairview, Kingston Springs, Pegram, White Bluff, Burns, Columbia, Centerville, Santa Fe, Williamsport, Primm Springs, Duck River, Lyles and Bon Aqua.

Work carries a five-year workmanship warranty backed by the company’s White Paw service promise, alongside manufacturer coverage, and financing is available.

The location operates under Tennessee Board of Licensing Contractor number 77479, is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor, has been BBB accredited since September 2021, and took Owens Corning Product Excellence Awards in 2022 and 2023.
