Lyons Roofing has worked Arizona roofs since 1993 and runs out of two locations – 878 W Illini St in Phoenix and 895 W Grant Rd in Tucson. It carries Arizona ROC license #348074.

Foam and tile dominate the work here in a way they do not in most of the country, and the service list reflects it. Pitched work covers tile, shingle and shake. Flat work covers foam roofs and flat roof repair, both residential and commercial. Two lines sit outside conventional roofing entirely: solar attic fans and solar tubular skylights, which in the desert are as much about attic heat load as daylight. Monsoon preparation appears on the company’s own list of the problems it gets called for, next to active leaks and storm damage.

Inspections can be done by drone. That is not a novelty in a market with a lot of tile – walking a tile roof breaks tile, and a drone pass with photos avoids handing the homeowner a new problem alongside the diagnosis. The stated process is inspect, photograph, then give a straight repair-or-replace answer before any money changes hands.

The company employs a full-time Safety Director monitoring state and federal compliance, which it notes puts it among the small number of Arizona roofing companies to do so, and it has been ranked in the top 5% of safest companies. Other recognition includes a BBB Ethics Award, ARCA Contractor of the Year, repeated Best of Houzz and Angi Super Service awards, and Rosie on the House certified partner status.

Financing runs through GreenSky with online approval, and estimates are free. The company is licensed, bonded and insured, and warranties cover both workmanship and materials.
