CMR Construction And Roofing

CMR Construction & Roofing is a reliable roof repair, replacement and installation services in Florida. We our one name to trust when it comes to residential & commercial roofing solutions.

CMR Construction & Roofing traces its founding to 2002, when, according to the company’s own site, it started up to help families and business owners recover from catastrophic storm damage. Two decades later it operates from more than 30 offices nationally, including a Naples, Florida location at 1429 Don Street, Unit A, licensed under Florida contractor number CCC1327587.

Nationally, CMR reports more than 500 employees, over 30,000 completed roofing projects and more than 133 million square feet of roofing installed. In Naples specifically, the company frames its work around coastal conditions: salt air corroding fasteners and flashing, heavy summer storms pushing water into seams and valleys, and UV exposure breaking down materials faster than inland installations. Its response includes stainless steel and aluminium components, sealed seams, and Kynar 500-finished standing-seam metal panels for properties along Port Royal, Aqualane Shores and the Gulf Shore Boulevard corridor.

The Naples team also manages permitting with the City of Naples or Collier County, submits HOA and architectural review documentation for communities such as Pelican Bay, Grey Oaks and The Moorings, and coordinates tear-off, dry-in and final inspection milestones through to warranty close-out. For storm damage, CMR says it can mobilize crews within 24 to 48 hours, provide documentation for insurance adjusters, and use Florida Product Approved or Miami-Dade NOA-rated materials for code-compliant reroofs.

CMR holds more than 35 manufacturer certifications and carries the Ludowici Elite Crown Roofer designation, tied to clay tile roofing craftsmanship, and has been recognized on the Inc. 500 list for business growth. Free inspections and written estimates are available, and the company says it can provide text-based quotes for simple repairs from photos alone.

Materials installed by the Naples crews include concrete and clay tile, standing-seam metal, architectural shingles, slate, and TPO or PVC low-slope membrane systems with tapered insulation to prevent ponding. The company describes its Naples-area work as covering everything from Old Naples cottages near the pier to larger footprints in Golden Gate Estates and North Naples, where it says balanced ventilation and high-temperature underlayment matter more given bigger roof spans.
