The calls that come in here tend to arrive at the wrong hour: a supply line that let go overnight, a kitchen fire, a tenant unit that has not been opened in years. Crews are staffed on a 24/7/365 basis for exactly that reason, and the company’s stated position is that no job is too small or too large for its certified technicians.

The footprint is southern Colorado, not the Front Range as a whole. Pueblo and Pueblo West are the home ground, with Colorado Springs the second anchor. From there the service area reaches west into Fremont County — Canon City, Florence, Penrose, Coal Creek, Rockvale, Coaldale, Cotopaxi, Howard, Hillside — north through Fountain, Monument, Palmer Lake, Manitou Springs, Green Mountain Falls, Cascade and the USAF Academy, and east along the Arkansas Valley to Avondale, Boone, Fowler, Manzanola, Rocky Ford, Swink, Cheraw and La Junta. Beulah, Rye and Colorado City cover the southern edge.

Credentials and track record

The company has been operating in Colorado since 1976 and is family owned and operated. Technicians hold IICRC certification, the standard-setting body for the inspection, cleaning and restoration trades, and the business is licensed and insured. It belongs to Restoration Renegades, a national network of disaster restoration contractors covering water, fire, mould and reconstruction work, and to the Latino Chamber of Commerce Pueblo. It took the 2023 Community Choice Awards – Best of Pueblo in the cleaning category.

Practical details for a property owner

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Certified restoration staff will work directly with the insurer to process a claim, which is usually the part a homeowner least wants to handle. Contents can be packed out while the structure is dried and rebuilt. Biohazard and sewage clean-up is handled in house rather than subcontracted, as is mould testing before remediation begins.

On the cleaning side, the specialties run deeper than a standard carpet service: bleach spot repair, old and dried stain removal, structural mould removal, duct sanitising and sealing, dryer vent clearing, and odour work aimed specifically at cigarette and marijuana residue.
