The Denver operation runs out of 5360 Washington St, Unit D, in the 80216 industrial corridor north of downtown, and the address matters more than it usually would. Being that close to the central neighborhoods is what makes the stated 60-minute arrival realistic for Capitol Hill, Washington Park, Highlands, Five Points and Cherry Creek.

What happens after arrival is set out as a sequence rather than a promise. Moisture is mapped non-invasively first, using thermal imaging and moisture meters, so that drying targets wet material rather than guessing at it. Then rapid water extraction, debris removal, structural drying and dehumidification, antimicrobial treatment with EPA-approved disinfectants, and moisture testing to confirm the structure is actually dry before repairs start. Commercial desiccant dehumidifiers and industry-grade desiccant drying systems carry the drying load, which is the equipment class that matters on a large or tightly enclosed loss.

The commercial side is a real part of the work, not an afterthought. Office buildings, restaurants, warehouses and industrial facilities are named alongside houses and apartments, and the team coordinates directly with property managers as well as homeowners.

For anyone filing a claim, the documentation package is the part worth asking about: thermal imaging, moisture reports and loss photos, prepared to go straight to an adjuster, with the crew dealing with the carrier directly. Logos for AIG, AAA, Travelers, State Farm, Nationwide, MetLife and Mercury appear on the Denver pages.

Technicians are IICRC certified, and a lead safe badge is displayed alongside that mark, which is relevant in a city with a lot of pre-1978 housing stock. Coverage spans Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver and Douglas counties, and the office is listed as open 24 hours.
