The team is small and named — owner, office manager, project and production managers, a lead carpenter, and a handful of carpenters — which is part of how the company pitches itself: every project is led by people the homeowner knows by name.

Before any contract is signed, the company’s Project Development Agreement triggers a Trade Day, when key subcontractors walk the home together to validate the design and build real, trade-backed pricing — the idea being that the number the client agrees to is the number that actually gets built.

The process is deliberately front-loaded: an initial fit call, the development agreement and Trade Day, a detailed construction proposal, construction with weekly updates, and a close-out walkthrough with a punch list that isn’t finished until the homeowner says so.
