The crew is small and named on the website. Nate Bahm owns the company. Jerrod Phillip manages project execution, scheduling, quotes, budgets and purchasing. Kelly Anderson consults on design and walks clients through material selection. Hawley Cross leads on site and handles daily communication with homeowners and trade partners. Zane Weiler works as lead apprentice. Clients see the same faces for the length of the job.

Nate started in the trade more than twenty years ago and built the business around a written set of commitments he calls the 9-Point Promise. It came out of complaints he collected from homeowners early in his career: contractors who never returned calls, estimates that nearly doubled by the final bill, bathrooms that dragged on for two months, job sites left filthy at the end of the day.

Scope and specialties

Four remodeling lines make up the bulk of the work — kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house remodels and basement finishing — supported by two additional services. Custom project design uses 3D floor plan software to produce photo-realistic views before demolition starts. Accessible design covers aging-in-place and universal design work aimed at the safety and functional needs of older adults and households with mobility considerations.
