Giudice Builds was founded by builder Mark Gutierrez and works as a residential general contractor in Colorado Springs. Its build types are narrow and clearly stated – custom homes, accessory dwelling units, and home additions – which is a different proposition from a remodeler taking on kitchens and baths.

The ADU line deserves the attention it gets on the site. Homeowners looking at a detached or attached secondary unit for rental income or multigenerational living are dealing with a build type that has its own setback, utility and access questions, and Giudice treats it as a standalone service with its own page rather than a variant of an addition.

Service area is written out by neighbourhood and town: Colorado Springs itself, plus Black Forest, Broadmoor, Flying Horse, Northgate, Old North End and Rockrimmon within the city’s orbit, and Monument, Larkspur, Castle Rock and Castle Pines heading north up the I-25 corridor. That reach into Douglas County is worth noting for anyone north of Monument assuming they are out of range.

On approach, the company states that sustainable building is a core part of its philosophy and references energy-efficient construction practices. It does not publish a specific certification programme behind that, so it reads as a stated priority rather than a third-party verified standard.
