Drytech Interiors

Transform your home with Drytech Interiors, an Edmonton residential renovation company. Known for our integrity, efficiency, and outstanding workmanship, we specialize in basements, kitchens, bathrooms, and full home remodeling for homeowners seeking excellence.

Legal suite development is the service that separates Drytech from a general basement finisher. In Edmonton a secondary suite has to meet the city’s requirements on egress, separation, ceiling height and parking before it can be registered, and a basement that was simply finished to a good standard will not pass. Listing it as its own service line means the firm is used to the permit path, which is most of the work.

The company was founded in early 2018 by Chris Zander, now president, and Victor Falode, chief operating officer, each with more than twenty years in the industry. Part of the team trained at NAIT, which is the usual route into the trades in northern Alberta.

The work splits across residential and commercial. On the residential side it runs to full home remodels, basement development, kitchens and bathrooms. On the commercial side it takes tenant improvements, and it carries insulation, drywall and T-bar ceiling work as trades in their own right rather than only as part of a larger renovation. That combination of small trade scopes and full remodels is unusual and useful if you need a single contractor for a partial job.

Financing is offered through a dedicated page, and quotes are free.

One thing to be aware of before contacting them. The business currently runs across two domains. The home and about pages on drytechinteriors.com redirect to drytechhomerenovations.ca, the contact page stays on the original domain, and the two carry different email addresses and alternate between Drytech Interiors Inc and Drytech Home Renovations Inc in the footer. Same phone number, same Edmonton address. It looks like a rebrand in progress rather than two businesses, but it is worth confirming which entity a contract is with.
