Anyone looking this business up now needs one piece of information first: CareFree Home Pros trades as New Bath Today. The company’s own site carries the notice, and the position it sets out is that nothing else changed. Same team, same local installers, same craftsmanship; the rebrand brings several regional brands under a single name as the business expands. Homeowners with a project underway are told their quote, their installation team and their schedule continue exactly as planned.

Two questions follow naturally and are answered directly. Existing warranties are honoured in full under New Bath Today with coverage unchanged. Quotes issued under the CareFree Home Pros name remain valid, with pricing and project detail already on file, so a homeowner who paused a decision does not have to start over.

The work itself is narrow and deliberately so. This is a bathroom specialist rather than a general remodeler: shower replacement, bathtub replacement, tub-to-shower conversion, walk-in tubs, full bathroom remodels, and aging-in-place work. Installation is quoted at one to two days for most projects, which is the trade-off that comes with a defined product range instead of bespoke tiling.

Aging-in-place deserves a specific mention because it drives a good share of the demand. Converting a tub to a walk-in shower or fitting a walk-in tub is often what lets an older homeowner stay in a house they would otherwise have to leave, and one customer quoted on the site described improvement in back muscles simply from no longer climbing into a tub. Another described a wall being moved to turn a cramped shower into a usable one.

The company has served Connecticut and Massachusetts for over 25 years and dates the team to 1990. The process runs consultation, in-home design estimate, installation, in four steps, with contact by phone, email or text. Financing includes 0% deferred interest plans, and the support line is staffed around the clock.
