828 Builders, LLC

Our team at 828 Builders, LLC has extensive experience in the home remodeling industry, and we want to help you take your home to the next level. If you want to make any changes to your home, we encourage you to give us a call to find out more about how we can help.

The work 828 Builders takes on runs wider than a remodeling contractor’s usual list. Alongside kitchen and whole-home remodels, the company handles additions, house framing, new home construction and architectural drafting plans, so a homeowner can have floor plans drawn and the house built by the same contractor instead of hiring a designer first. The custom home side is broken out in detail: custom floor plans, multi-level house plans, blueprints and framing each appear as their own service rather than being folded into one package.

Outdoor living is a second strand, and it traces back to how the business started. The founder began in landscaping, moved into building decks and fences, then took on general contracting and later earned a contracting license. That progression still shows in the scope of work. Decks, porches, screen rooms, sunrooms, patios and outdoor kitchens are handled directly rather than handed to a deck specialist.

Coverage reaches across four western North Carolina counties. Henderson, Buncombe, Transylvania and Jackson are all named, with Hendersonville, Asheville, Arden, Candler, Etowah and Mills River called out specifically. Quoting starts with an on-site property assessment: the crew looks at the property, works up a design for it, and prices against that design rather than against a description given over the phone.

Storm work sits under its own heading. 828 Builders keeps a standing hurricane assistance page offering help with recovery and repairs, and lists storm damage repair separately from its remodeling services, a practical distinction in a part of the state where one storm can put a lot of houses into the repair queue at the same time.

The office is in Hendersonville, 28739, and takes calls Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, on (828) 691-5508. Those Saturday hours matter to homeowners who can only walk a project with a builder at the weekend.
