Adam Roe Painting has been working in Boise since 1985, which puts it past forty years in the same market. The company handles residential, commercial and industrial projects, and the industrial side is a genuinely different skill set from house painting.

The warranty terms are specific and worth knowing before comparing bids: five years on residential exterior work, one year on commercial and industrial. Exterior warranties live or die on preparation, and the company points to careful prep, on-site field supervision and monitoring through the job rather than a crew left unattended.

Carpentry is offered alongside the painting. Minor carpentry, trim repair and fascia repair mean the rot found during exterior prep gets fixed by the same crew instead of stopping the job. Custom colour matching is also handled in-house.

Safety is treated as a stated part of the process, with the company citing an excellent safety record and strict adherence to safety standards, which matters on the high exterior and industrial work.

Internally, the company describes competitive pay, benefits and a stated commitment to work-life balance for its crew, along with core values of authenticity, reliability, professionalism, accountability, respect and integrity. It is based in the Boise area and works the surrounding communities.
