Alpha Shop - Shop Fronts in London

Alpha Shop designs and builds quality shop fronts in London that make a real difference to your business. Your shopfront is the first thing customers see, and a well designed one can draw people in and build trust. We work with you to create a front that fits your building and brand, using materials like glass, aluminium, and timber.

The business runs as both manufacturer and installer, which is the practical reason a single contractor handles a shopfront job here from survey through to final fitting. Alpha Shop describes managing design, measurement, fabrication and installation in-house across aluminium, steel, timber and glass systems, so a shop owner is not coordinating a fabricator, a glazier and a shutter engineer separately.

Two distinct sides of the business run in parallel. One is planned installation work: new frontages, curtain walling, window and door replacement, system upgrades. The other is a reactive repair arm covering manual, electric, perforated, solid, steel, aluminium and shopfront shutters, dealing with failed motors, faulty locks, bent rails, broken slats and jammed curtains. Emergency call-out is advertised on a 24/7 basis, and the same number, 07754319897, serves both routine enquiries and out-of-hours breakdowns.

Geography is deliberately tight. Alpha Shop describes its installations as concentrated across East and Central London, serving shops, cafes, showrooms and offices in high-footfall locations, and works from a base at 100 Rosebury Avenue, Unit 2, in E12. The company is registered in the UK under company number 14068927.

Beyond the shopfront itself

The catalogue extends well past retail entrances. The firm designs and installs structural and glazed aluminium curtain walling, ACM and aluminium cladding, and rainscreen systems for architects, contractors and developers, managing the sequence from initial survey through installation including thermal break profiles and pressure-equalised detailing. Window work covers aluminium and UPVC units, sash and heritage windows, double and triple glazing and secondary glazing, all made to measure. Doors run from fire-rated and automatic entrances to bi-folding and composite residential sets with multi-point locking and weather-rated seals. Glass extensions, lantern roofs and lean-to structures with thermally broken frames and solar-control glazing round out the residential side.

Components are stocked and supplied separately too, including locks and shutter parts, with a published RAL colour chart for powder-coated finishes.

On commercial terms, the company advertises free estimates, competitive fixed pricing and a one-year guarantee on new material, with a longer 10-year colour and glass warranty attached to its window systems. Roller shutter installations are described as built to insurance-approved security standards.
