UAB Eurodita

Eurodita is a Lithuanian timber-building manufacturer serving B2B dealers, distributors, architects and project teams. The company works on private-label, bespoke and glulam timber-building enquiries. Factory scope is agreed per project; local approvals, foundations, installation and end-customer requirements remain with the local project team unless separately agreed.

Founded in 1994, Eurodita runs a 5,000 m2 covered production facility in Kaunas with annual timber-processing capacity of up to 150,000 m3. Output is roughly 12,000 standard catalogue units a year alongside 1,800 to 2,000 bespoke structures, a figure that already includes around 50 glulam homes over 100 m2. The company reports 98% factory fulfilment against confirmed order dates and states that this measures the factory only, not carrier or final-mile performance. Buildings have gone to more than 38 countries cumulatively.

Supply routes and lead times

Three routes exist. Standard catalogue covers established models with limited confirmed options and carries no fixed minimum order quantity, subject to load efficiency and commercial viability. Bespoke covers changes to dimensions, layout, openings or roof form, individually qualified and quoted from the supplied brief. Glulam projects have specification, quantity, timing and logistics confirmed per project. For standard catalogue garden cabins, partners should plan on up to four weeks before EXW factory release from Kaunas; freight and final delivery timing sit outside that window.

The catalogue spans garden and residential cabins from one to four bedrooms, twin-skin construction, summer houses, sheds, corner and workshop cabins, garden offices, granny annexes, garages, carports, gazebos and pergolas, mobile log homes for holiday parks, and golf simulator shells where the simulator technology and interior fit-out remain with the dealer. Eurodita also produces its own timber windows and doors.

Materials, certification and warranty

Non-glulam buildings use slow-grown northern European spruce; glulam ranges use engineered glulam. Eurodita holds FSC chain-of-custody certification, keeps the certificate code private, and releases evidence through the order-documentation route rather than publishing a number. A 10-year anti-rot warranty applies to eligible treated timber components under the written installation and maintenance terms, and the company is careful to say it is not a blanket whole-building or structural guarantee. For dealers facing EUDR obligations, Eurodita can support due diligence with available sourcing and order documentation, with the exact scope confirmed per order.
