FullStack Modular is a volumetric modular construction company that combines factory fabrication with architectural and structural engineering to build multifamily, student-housing, and hospitality buildings off-site. The company traces its roots to 461 Dean Street in Brooklyn, at the time the world’s tallest volumetric modular building, and it is among the few U.S. builders working in steel-framed modular systems.

The company operates two plants: an East Coast factory at 30 Edmund Street in Hamden, Connecticut, and a West Coast factory at 3025 East Dominguez in Carson, California. A signature current project is a modular housing program for Cal Poly comprising nine buildings and more than 4,000 beds, alongside completed work such as the 363-unit 461 Dean Street tower.

FullStack frames its process around sustainability and efficiency, citing figures such as up to 25% lower building cost, faster delivery, safer factory work conditions, and roughly two-thirds less construction waste than conventional site-built methods.
