Schendel Mechanical is a fully integrated operation, expediting project completion and strict quality controls at every project stage. Leveraging 3-Dimensional BIM analysis and design since 2006, this approach has added value at every stage of the design and fabrication process to develop construction techniques that are reliable and productive.
FABRICATION
Four welding shops provide both structural and ABSA certified facilities over a combined 85,000 square feet; supporting projects of any size, including the expediting of large scale projects requiring simultaneous fabrication to meet dynamic deadlines. A Laydown Yard of over 5.25 acres supports module and/or large pipe spool fabrication.
MATERIALS MANAGEMENT
Plan, organize and control a multitude of different materials (structural steel, ¼ tubing to 9 ft. diameter pipe, unique flanges and fittings) on hand as regular inventory items to avoid delays.
SANDBLASTING & PAINTING
Onsite blasting facilities capable of any pipe diameter are complimented by a modern paint facility with ability to control both temperature and humidity.
