EoA Group

EoA Group is a Miami design studio working in interior design and branding for hospitality and multifamily projects. The firm handles the interiors and brand identity that shape how residents and guests experience a building, a discipline that has grown alongside South Florida’s wave of amenity-rich residential towers. EoA is responsible for the interior design and branding of Alida Residences, the luxury tower and Tribute Portfolio hotel under construction beside West Palm Beach’s Brightline station. On transit-oriented, mixed-use projects like Alida, coordinating a coherent look across apartments, hotel, and shared amenity space is a growing part of how developers differentiate their buildings.

EoA Group is an interdisciplinary design firm based in Coral Gables, in the Miami area, led by founder, President, and Design Director Malcolm Berg. Berg holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in architecture from the Massachusetts College of Art, and the firm’s work grows out of his background in experiential and visual arts.

The practice works across architecture, interior design, master planning, landscape, and branding, with resort and hospitality design as its central focus. Its portfolio includes Andaz Miami Beach, the Shore Club, Salterra (a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa), Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, and hospitality interiors for JW Marriott properties, among many hotel, resort, and restaurant projects across the U.S. and the Caribbean.

EoA describes its approach as blurring the margins between interior and exterior space and treating landscape, art, and architecture as a single conversation, adapting its process to the specific narrative of each client and site.
