The company was founded in 2012 when two established Golden Isles HVAC men joined forces: Johnny Wynn, formerly of Wynn Air, and Robert Solomon, formerly of Solomon Heating and Air. Between them and the technicians they brought along, the combined experience across St. Simons, Sea Island, Jekyll Island and Brunswick runs past 45 years.

The Trane relationship is the credential that stands out. Warranty terms are laid out plainly: one year on parts and labour for all work, ten years on new residential system parts, and an optional ten-year labour warranty for an additional cost.

After-hours emergency availability is reserved for Biannual Maintenance Program members, who get 24/7 priority same-day service without overtime rates. Plans start at $105 per system. Non-members get a quick response during business hours and a live technician on the phone, but the overnight queue belongs to members.
