CANNEPP Boiler Room Technologies

Canadian Engineered Products and Sales Ltd. (CANNEPP) represents Cleaver-Brooks, Cannon Boiler Works, Penn Separator Corporation, Nationwide Boiler, Hays Cleveland, Ace Heating Solutions LLC, and ECOM America in BC, Yukon and NWT. Cleaver-Brooks and other boiler room product brand names are copyright of their respective organizations.

CANNEPP has been supplying boiler room technology since 1992, and the shape of the business has stayed consistent since: an exclusive manufacturer’s representative model, with Cleaver-Brooks as the anchor line, serving commercial, institutional and industrial customers across British Columbia, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

What separates a representative from a distributor here is the staffing. The team is built from specialized sales engineers, service technicians and parts analysts, which lets one company carry a project from product selection and specification through approvals and into a complete installation. Technical sales reps work directly with designers, consultants, contractors, facility managers and plant operators rather than only at the purchasing counter.

The product side covers premium steam and hydronic boilers plus the ancillary equipment and system controls a boiler room actually needs to run – the parts of a plant that rarely appear on a schematic but decide whether it works. Operations is a separate arm: service, repairs, maintenance, and aftermarket upgrades on equipment already in place. Parts are stocked rather than ordered in, which matters when a plant is down.

Efficiency and rebates get their own section of the business. For an operator weighing a retrofit against a replacement, the available incentive programs often decide the answer, and the company tracks them alongside its sustainability work.

Project experience across the province and territories includes work with institutional clients – a containerized power plant for Thompson Rivers University and a steam demonstration wall built with BCIT among them. The office is at 6 – 7449 Hume Avenue in Delta, phone 604 940 8188.
