Stormy Construction & Development has been working the Valley since 2018 and operates under Arizona ROC licence #351614, licensed, bonded and insured. Owner and CEO Cameron Rogers is named and pictured on the company’s About page rather than left anonymous behind a form.

On timing, the company gives an actual answer instead of deferring: most projects begin two to six weeks after the contract, design plans and required permits are finalised. Smaller jobs start sooner; large custom builds take longer to get moving. Permits, inspections, subcontractor management and scheduling are handled in house as part of full general contractor project management.

The path there runs in four steps — a scheduling call, an in-home evaluation, planning and design, then a signed construction agreement and the build. Three-dimensional renderings are available during design, which matters most on remodels where the difference between what a homeowner pictured and what gets built is expensive to discover late.

The residential side covers custom homes and new construction, room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, garage conversions, outdoor living spaces and covered patios. Casita construction is called out as its own specialty, which reflects genuine Arizona demand — guest suites and accessory dwellings are a distinct product here in a way they are not in most markets.

The commercial division is substantial and separate: ground-up builds, tenant improvements and TI buildouts, office and retail renovations, restaurant construction, medical and dental office buildouts, warehouse and industrial facilities, mixed-use development, and ADA compliance upgrades. Trade scope spans demolition and site preparation, concrete and foundations, framing, drywall and painting, roofing and siding, windows and doors, and coordination of electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

The company deliberately does not publish standardised remodel pricing, on the grounds that design complexity, material selection, appliance and fixture choices and the extent of plumbing and electrical work move the number too much for a table to be honest.
