The Stoneham office sits at 270 Main St, Suite 3, and the company has been building across Massachusetts since 2021 under Construction Supervisor License CSL-121587. Laion Schlickmann founded it and stays on the projects himself; the pitch on his site is squarely about accountability, and specifically about not handing a homeowner off to a junior manager halfway through.

Work is split into three in-house divisions rather than one general crew. Remodeling and Additions handles kitchens, bathrooms, ADU construction, home additions and basement finishing. Masonry and Foundations covers foundation repair, underpinning, concrete work, patios and retaining walls. Custom Carpentry takes finish carpentry, custom cabinetry, hardwood floor installation, trim and millwork, built-ins and deck construction. Practically, that means a foundation issue uncovered during a remodel stays inside the same licensed contract instead of sending the homeowner looking for a separate specialist.

Larger scopes are quoted separately. Full home renovations sit roughly in the 200,000 to 1.2 million dollar band, custom homes start around 650,000, and commercial construction runs about 80,000 to 850,000 for office build-outs, retail and restaurant fit-outs, medical and dental suites, assembly spaces and tenant improvements. Two other lines are worth calling out: an in-house design service covering architectural drawings, 3D rendering and material selections, and an ADA-compliant bathroom package built around walk-in showers, grab bars, comfort-height toilets and roll-under vanities.

Delivery follows a published four-step sequence. Days one to three are an on-site walk-through and budget conversation. Weeks one and two produce a line-item proposal, fixed timeline, material specs and a signed contract. Execution is handled by the licensed crew with weekly progress reports, and every permit and inspection is pulled by the contractor. The last stage is a joint walkthrough against the original plan, followed by a two-year workmanship warranty handover.

The service map reaches across Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk counties plus southern New Hampshire, naming around thirty communities including Woburn, Lexington, Winchester, Reading, Andover, North Andover, Melrose, Medford, Belmont, Somerville, Arlington, Burlington, Wilmington, Newton, Brookline, Cambridge, Wellesley, Needham, Concord, Lincoln, Bedford, Carlisle and Weston.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM. The company states a four-business-hour reply window on inquiries and consultations usually booked within five business days. It is BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
