The work splits three ways, and each stream has its own detailed service list. On the residential side that means custom home building, whole-house renovations, room additions, and individual kitchen, bathroom and basement projects, plus media rooms. On the office side it covers new office construction, office design, office renovation and — unusually specific for a builder this size — custom dental office construction and dental office renovation as separate services. Retail work runs from new retail construction through renovation to commercial build-out.

The dental specialism is worth noting. Fitting out a surgery involves plumbing, compressed air, dedicated electrical and lead shielding that a general renovation crew rarely handles, and Redwood lists it as a standing service rather than a one-off.

Recognition goes back further than the current site suggests: the company received the National SAM Award in 2003, which is given for excellence in new home building, design, construction technique, technology, marketing and sales, after finishing among the top five finalists for the same award in 2002.

Materials policy is stated plainly — only high-quality materials on every renovation and construction project, regardless of scale.

The service area is Collingwood and Blue Mountain plus the surrounding Ontario region. The company lists an address at 393 First Street, Collingwood, ON L9Y 1B3, operates by appointment only, and can be reached on (705) 446-7994, with (705) 444-1322 and 705-446-2349 also published.
