Holder Construction is a national general contractor and construction manager founded in 1960 and based in Atlanta. The firm has built a deep bench in data centers, aviation, higher education, and corporate work, and it serves as construction manager on the University of Denver’s Integrative Life Sciences Center. Holder is privately held, self-performs select scopes, and has ridden the mission-critical boom to become one of the busiest data-center builders in the country. On campus and institutional work, the firm emphasizes preconstruction and tight coordination on active sites where a new building has to go up next to occupied facilities. It works nationwide from a handful of regional offices.
