Essential Construction Services

Essential Construction Services is a media company offering advertising opportunities to contractors and other industry related companies.

By the company’s own numbers, the Essential Construction brand reaches more than 500,000 people every month across 10 media platforms, with over 20,000 Facebook followers, over 70,000 Instagram followers across two accounts, more than 20,000 LinkedIn followers and a mailing list of over 10,000 subscribers.

The platform functions as a hub rather than a single service. It runs a marketplace for buying and selling construction documents and templates such as checklists, schedules, procedures and plans; an Academy of tutorials, a glossary and videos; an Exchange where users ask and answer construction questions; and a daily aggregation of construction industry news. The company states it has recorded more than 2 million downloads, more than 28,000 members and more than 2,000 digital assets on the platform, and describes itself as 100 percent founder owned.

Essential Construction sits at the centre of a small network. Its about page lists Exchange, a construction directory, and Framework, a construction consulting service offering cost consulting, project management and owner’s representation, as partner properties under the same ownership.

The business operates as Essential Technologies Inc.
