When Clear Skies Restoration takes on a storm-damage claim, the job follows a set sequence the company calls its Simple 7 process. A claims specialist inspects the property first, then helps the homeowner file the claim itself rather than leaving the paperwork to the client. The same specialist attends the meeting with the insurance adjuster, working to make sure hail bruising, wind-lifted shingles, and other damage that’s easy to miss gets documented before the estimate is finalized.

Once the claim is approved, the homeowner reviews material samples and the crew schedules the work, which the company says typically finishes in a single day. Each job closes with a certificate of completion and a five-year labor warranty, a copy of which goes to the homeowner’s insurance carrier as part of the paperwork. The company also tells clients that if an insurance company doesn’t approve the claim, there’s no contract and no fee owed, since Clear Skies Restoration is paid out of the approved insurance proceeds rather than billing the homeowner directly.

The company was established in Georgia in 2012 and has held BBB accreditation since 2013. Its approach to claims rests on a distinction it draws for clients: an adjuster works for the carrier, not the homeowner, so damage left off the initial inspection often goes unrepaired and unpaid. Clear Skies Restoration also publishes plain-language explanations of insurance terms homeowners run into mid-claim, including how an actual cash value payout differs from a replacement cost value payout, and why Georgia’s HB 423 bars contractors from waiving a policyholder’s deductible. It also tells homeowners that filing a storm-damage claim for a regional event like hail or wind typically doesn’t raise their individual premium, even though area-wide rate increases can still follow a bad storm season.

Outside of storm and insurance work, crews handle seamless gutters, exterior painting, and siding restoration for properties across Roswell, North Fulton, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Marietta, and the wider metro Atlanta area.
