Andres Construction

Andres Construction is a Dallas general contractor focused on multifamily, mixed-use and commercial building across Texas and the Southeast. Founded in 1994, the firm has built a large volume of apartment and mixed-use work, the product type driving much of the region’s construction. Andres is general contractor for Lily River Oaks, the 38-story Southern Land tower rising near Houston’s River Oaks. The company self-performs selected scopes and concentrates on the ground-up residential and commercial projects that dominate Texas metros, where population growth keeps demand for new housing high. Its work sits mostly in the Dallas-Fort Worth and greater Texas markets.

ANDRES Construction completed its first project, the Cistercian Abbey in Irving, Texas, in 1992, and in 2017 transitioned from family ownership to become 100% employee-owned.

Alongside general contracting, ANDRES offers construction management, design-build, construction consulting, historic restoration and adaptive re-use. Its restoration work includes the century-old Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe in downtown Dallas, while its adaptive re-use projects have converted landmark towers such as the former First National Bank Tower (now The National), the Dallas Power & Light complex and the Republic Bank Tower into residential and hotel space.

The company works across Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Houston, with offices in Dallas, Houston and Austin. Leadership includes CEO Wade Andres, chairman Gil Andres and president Warren Andres.
