In the early days, our contracts were sealed with little more than a handshake – the same goes today. Axiom’s reputation for honesty and fair dealing is well deserved, and we work hard every day to maintain that.

Axiom Builders reports $4 billion in total project value currently under construction, spread across roughly 9,000 residential units and delivered by what the company describes as more than 500 construction professionals.

That work now stretches well beyond its original Vancouver base. The company’s about page lists active projects in Metro Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Toronto, Seattle and Nashville, alongside offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Seattle and Nashville. Its scope covers residential towers, mixed-use developments, commercial buildings including LEED Gold offices, and special projects such as the Audain Art Museum in Whistler, BC.

On safety, Axiom Builders holds COR certification, a voluntary employer program that verifies an occupational health and safety management system against industry-set standards. The company says it is responsible for more than 4,000 workers on its sites each day, including subcontractors, and cites an internal 2024 safety culture survey in which 91 percent of respondents said safety is top of mind on its projects and 85 percent said management acts quickly on safety issues.
