Axiom @axiombuildersinc is active in both commercial and residential construction with offices in Calgary and Vancouver. Both cities are supported by management general contractors and tradespeople who’ve been part of the Axiom team – and trained in the Axiom way – for decades.

Coquitlam Resident

One of your contractors just parked illegally outside my house on Gardena Drive, Coquitlam. When he refused to budge, I had to argue with him to get him to agree to move his car forward 2 feet (so that he was encroaching my driveway by 4ft instead of 2ft but still illegal i.e. less than 3m). The good neighbourhood policy exists, please ask your construction crew to follow both it and the bylaws (3574) and perhaps treat long suffering residents with respect and courtesy. We shouldn’t get anxiety leaving our homes in the morning due to Developers ignoring bylaws.
