Ask about a damp basement and the answer published on the company’s own FAQ is a flat no: a decorative coating does not replace a solution for active water problems. The moisture source and the condition of the slab get looked at before a coating is quoted, which is the step that separates a floor that lasts from one that lifts in a year.

Finish choice is matched to how the room gets used rather than to a catalog. Flake is put forward for garages, multipurpose rooms and working spaces; metallic for feature interiors, showrooms and decorative rooms; solid color for workshops and plainer commercial interiors. Buyers are told to look at physical samples before deciding, on the reasoning that screen settings and room lighting both change how a color reads.

The installation itself runs as a published six-stage sequence: surface preparation, repairs, primer, body coats, decorative material, topcoat, then a cure period and a walkthrough of the finished space and how to look after it. Return to service is staged rather than all at once, with separate waiting periods for foot traffic, furniture, equipment and vehicle use. For a business that cannot shut, the work can be phased, but the phasing has to be agreed before scheduling because boundaries, preparation, access and curing all dictate how a floor can be split.

One more piece of advice the company puts in writing: ask for any written warranty along with the estimate, and confirm the exclusions and the claims process at the same time.

Named service towns run from Westborough, Franklin and Mansfield out through Andover, Burlington, Lynnfield and Westford, and down to Hanover, Plymouth, Sandwich, Barnstable and Falmouth on the Cape.
