Dotfloor Inc.

Dotfloor Inc. is a flooring retailer and distributor offering direct-to-consumer online sales and wholesale service for contractors, builders, and retailers. Our East Coast warehouse and distribution location is at 2251 Catawba River Road in Fort Lawn, South Carolina. Visit our official website to view current flooring products, request samples, and contact our team.

What separates Dotfloor from a traditional flooring showroom is the absence of the middle layer. The company sells factory direct, skipping distributors and wholesalers, and puts the resulting saving at 30 to 60 percent against conventional retail pricing.

The catalog is built around rigid-core construction. The entry-level Empire 402 line carries a 12-mil wear layer; the New Parliament 810 range goes up to 30 mil, which is the territory where a floor starts to make sense in a rental unit or a light commercial space rather than a bedroom. Alongside SPC vinyl plank there is hybrid wood plank under the SuperOak name, peel-and-stick vinyl tile, waterproof vinyl wall tile, wood acoustic wall panels, stair treads, trim and underlayment. Grain and stone textures are produced with embossed-in-register printing, so the printed pattern and the surface texture line up rather than repeating independently.

Two warehouses carry the inventory: Fort Lawn, South Carolina on the East Coast and Elk Grove, California on the West. Orders ship within one to three business days and typically arrive in five to seven. Returns are accepted for thirty days on unopened, undamaged boxes, and the company advises ordering about ten percent over the measured area to cover cuts and waste.

The product line is FloorScore and GreenGuard Gold certified. Both are indoor air quality programs rather than wear ratings, which is what makes them relevant to a school, a clinic fit-out or anywhere a specifier has to answer a VOC question in writing.

Installation uses a click-lock system with no glue and no nails, part of why the company sells as readily to homeowners as to contractors. There is also a partner and reseller program with a selling kit of cut samples, and the products are carried through Home Depot and Amazon alongside the company’s own storefront.
