We serve Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, including North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, Surrey and Langley
J.P.M. Stucco has over 20 years of experience in all areas of stucco application. We are a certified applicator of Drivit Systems (registration below). We offer quality, reliable competitive workmanship. We are fully bonded and can provide excellent references.
Finish selection is where most stucco projects are actually decided, and J.P.M. quotes several distinct ones: Dash Rock, Slop Dash, acrylic stucco, and exterior insulating finish systems. Each behaves differently in texture and in how it weathers, which is worth settling before material is ordered rather than after. The site keeps separate sections for styles and for materials, so a finish and the system behind it can be compared side by side.
Rain screen installation is part of the exterior scope, which counts for a lot on this coast: the drainage cavity behind the cladding is what allows a wall assembly to dry out instead of holding moisture. Renovation work is matched to the existing stucco, and patch and repair jobs include colour matching, crack repair and wider restoration, so a replaced section does not announce itself as one.
Inside, the plaster work uses a two-coat process finished to a glass surface, and it is carried out dust free with no sanding stage. That is a real consideration in an occupied house, where sanding plaster normally means sealing off rooms and cleaning up for days afterwards. The same crew also produces imitation concrete, used for feature walls and fireplace surrounds where the look of poured concrete is wanted without the weight or the formwork.
On materials and backing: traditional stucco systems from Imasco carry a ten-year limited materials warranty, and J.P.M. works with Sto Canada, described as a QAP-licensed manufacturer. The company’s own coverage is a ten-year material warranty alongside a five-year workmanship warranty, so the system and the labour are backed on separate terms. WorkSafeBC coverage is indicated on the site, and the work is carried out by an experienced onsite crew rather than farmed out.
Consultations and estimates are free. Enquiries reach the crew on 778-881-9750 or at jpmoorestucco@gmail.com, and finished projects along with client testimonials are published on the site, which is a more useful way to judge a texture than a sample board.
