After Hours Electrical, LLC

Upgrading a facility’s power begins with a load review, site survey, and coordination to limit downtime for tenants or production lines. After Hours Electrical, LLC works with building owners and managers to plan conduit paths, panel locations, and labeling that make future service straightforward, including projects in Aberdeen. Many teams approach electrical panel upgrades by verifying service capacity with the utility, selecting breakers that match equipment specs, and phasing cutovers so critical systems remain online when possible. Crews also check grounding and bonding, short-circuit ratings, and working clearances to meet code and manufacturer requirements. During electrical remodeling, it’s common to re-route circuits for new walls or equipment, add dedicated feeds for HVAC or kitchen gear, and update lighting controls to match revised floor plans. Contractors typically schedule inspections around tenant hours and produce documentation that shows circuit assignments and panel directories. This planning helps maintain safety and consistency across offices, retail suites, and light industrial spaces in Southern Pines, NC.

The company is owned by Corey Pope and is based in Southern Pines, and the name is not decorative: posted hours are Monday through Sunday, 24 hours.

Its stated coverage tracks the Sandhills closely — Pinehurst, Whispering Pines, Aberdeen, West End, Carthage, Taylortown, Pinebluff, Lakeview and Vass, extending north to Cameron, Sanford and Robbins and east towards Holly Springs and Apex.

One service worth singling out is panel rejuvenation, which After Hours lists separately from panel replacement. Restoring an existing panel rather than replacing it is a narrower job and a cheaper one, and whether it applies comes down to the condition of the bus bar and breakers and whether the existing service capacity still covers the load. Offering both as distinct options gives a homeowner a real decision to make rather than a single quoted price.

The residential side also covers EV charger installation, whole-home surge protection, standby generator installation, lighting, rewiring and remodel work. Commercial and new construction wiring sit alongside it, and new construction carries a one-year warranty.

Estimates are no-obligation, and financing is available. The company publishes discounts for seniors, first responders, veterans, active military and healthcare workers — a meaningful detail in Moore County, which sits next to Fort Bragg and has a large retired and serving military population.
