Trash It Dumpsters LLC

Home projects often start with estimating debris by room and material type, then selecting a container size that fits the driveway and timeline. With residential dumpster rentals, homeowners commonly choose 15-yard containers for smaller renovations or cleanouts and 20-yard containers for larger remodels or downsizing. Laying protective boards, keeping the door swing clear, and loading heavier items first help use space efficiently. Trash It Dumpsters LLC coordinates standard delivery and pickup windows, and renters can plan around weekends or inspection dates to avoid delays. On active builds, new construction dumpster rentals are scheduled alongside framing, rough-ins, and finish phases so crews can maintain a steady workflow without overflow. Builders in areas like Granite Falls may also plan for truck turning radius and stable ground to prevent rutting. Staging two containers—one for general debris and one for cleaner material—can speed sorting. Clear communication about site contacts, gate codes, and work hours supports safer loading and consistent haul-away timing.

Prices and weights are published outright, which is rare enough in this trade to be the first thing worth knowing.

The 15-yard container is $300 for a full week and includes 1.5 tons of disposal — described as roughly six truckloads of space, which is a more useful mental picture than cubic yards. The 20-yard measures 15 feet by 8 by 5, includes 2 tons, and rents at $425 for seven days. The 25-yard measures 16 feet by 8 by 6 and includes 3 tons on the same seven-day period. Dump trailers are a separate product, rented by the day in 12, 14 and 20-foot lengths.

Two cost details sit outside the headline price. There is no fuel surcharge within a 20-mile radius of Hickory, and the company advertises no hidden fees. Delivery is advertised within 24 hours.

The operational detail most likely to matter to a homeowner: concrete protection is placed under the container on delivery, so a new driveway does not pay for the convenience.

Prohibited items are worth reading before loading rather than after. Tires, brick, block and concrete, oil, wet paint, hazardous materials and large appliances are all excluded. The reason to take that list seriously is in the rental agreement, which makes the customer responsible for container damage — side cave-ins included — and for damage caused by unauthorized waste, covering repair cost, labor and the container’s downtime. Loading concrete into a 15-yard can is how a $300 rental becomes an expensive one.

Junk removal is offered as an alternative for anyone who would rather not have a container sitting in the driveway at all.
