Pacific NW Concrete LLC

Concrete Contractor specializing in residential concrete construction. Foundations, retaining walls, stairs, driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways and much more.

Pacific NW Concrete is a two-owner shop. Amuleki Moala runs the field side and grew up in the trade: his father was a concrete contractor and had him working concrete young, and Amuleki later spent about a decade on commercial and multifamily concrete at a larger construction company before branching out. Shellsea Moala, partner and co-owner, came up through a mid-sized contractor’s office as an accountant and office manager, holds an accounting degree from Portland State University, and handles the books, administration and permit pulling. The two started the business in 2021 and run it with a crew of seven.

The office is at 2180 NE Cornelius Pass Road, Suite A in Hillsboro, and the CCB number, 231551, is posted at the top of every page on the site. The company is licensed, bonded and insured through Oregon’s Construction Contractors Board.

Coverage runs across the west side of the Portland metro and beyond it: Beaverton, Aloha, Hillsboro, Cornelius, Forest Grove and North Plains, along with Portland, Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, Raleigh Hills, Lake Oswego, West Linn and Happy Valley.

Residential flatwork is the bulk of the work, covering driveways and driveway extensions, patios, walkways, slabs, pool decks and pads for RVs, gazebos and sheds. Beyond that the company pours new home foundations and ADU foundations, a steady line of work as area homeowners add rental units, guest houses and home offices. Decorative work covers stamped finishes and stained or colored concrete. Structural and site work takes in retaining walls, stairs, steps and entryways, plus civil jobs such as city sidewalk repair, ADU ramps, and curb and gutter installation.

Projects posted this year give a sense of the range. A front entrance rebuild in Portland combined a new retaining wall with new steps. A backyard sports court, also in Portland, was built with steps leading down to it and a retaining wall alongside. In Hillsboro the crew designed and installed a custom floating concrete staircase at the back entrance of a home. And an older Portland house got a full concrete renovation that included foundation repair, a garage foundation, a basement floor, a retaining wall and a staircase.

Estimates are free and requested through a project assessment form on the site. Accepted payment methods are cash, check, ACH, credit, debit and financing. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed Sunday, and the direct line is 503-826-4595.

Buying local is something the owners call out specifically. Suppliers, excavation and the concrete pump service are drawn from family-owned businesses around Portland and Beaverton.
