Allen Concrete & Masonry Inc

Allen Concrete & Masonry Inc is a Naples-based structural concrete and masonry subcontractor working on high-rise and commercial construction across Southwest Florida. The firm holds the concrete and masonry scope on the Ritz-Carlton Residences at Saltleaf on Estero Bay in Bonita Springs, a two-tower, 224-unit development with a $458 million construction value where the 22-storey north tower topped out on 23 September 2026. That structure is post-tensioned concrete on deep auger-cast piles, and it reached top-out roughly 15.5 months after construction started on 838,335 square feet, which means the concrete cycle held through two Florida summers. Tolerances on a tower carrying large-format glazing leave little room for a deck that drifts, and the concrete subcontractor is where that discipline sits. Coastal Construction is general contractor.

Behind the tower work, the more telling fact about this company is how much of the placement chain it owns.

Allen Concrete & Masonry lists concrete pumping, mobile crane service and tower crane service alongside its structural concrete and masonry scopes, and excavation and forming and shoring on either side of them. On a high-rise pour the pump and the crane are the schedule. A subcontractor that rents both is bidding against someone else’s availability; one that owns them sets its own cycle. That is a large part of why a firm of this size can hold the concrete scope on a 22-storey tower rather than a mid-rise.

The company has served Southwest Florida since 1986 and works from Naples across the region.

Its association memberships line up with the same technical ground: the American Concrete Institute, the American Society of Concrete Contractors, the American Concrete Pumping Association and the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. The last is worth noting on its own — tilt-up is a distinct discipline from cast-in-place high-rise work, involving panels poured flat on the slab and lifted into position, and it points to commercial and industrial work running alongside the residential towers. The company is also registered as a certified small business.

Its own description of its work is large, complex residential and commercial concrete structures taken from excavation onward, which is a fair summary of a subcontractor that starts in the dirt and finishes above the treeline.

The company publishes profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
